Project overview
This was a Webflow enterprise-level migration, moving TCL SunPower Global’s large Drupal website to a faster and more flexible platform. The full site and its content were rebuilt to deliver a modern, consistent brand experience. It now supports 12 locations worldwide, with a scalable structure ready for further growth. The migration has significantly reduced running costs and given the team full control over updates, improving speed, efficiency and ownership across the business.
Before the project, we were struggling with the limitations of our Drupal CMS, which made publishing and updating content slow and dependent on technical support. Since migrating to Webflow, the website has become a true marketing asset, allowing us to move faster and manage content independently.
