Tech on Toast connects hospitality businesses with the right technology. Through their Tech Check tool, partner Marketplace, podcast, events and expert advice, they help operators make smarter tech decisions without the usual confusion.
Project overview
I worked with Tech on Toast to design and build a website that’s easier to manage and better supports their goal of helping hospitality businesses find the right technology. I developed their current branding and built the new site in Webflow. Key content like Spotify podcasts and partner listings are now automated to save time, and I rebuilt their Tech Check quiz and partner Marketplace directly within the site to replace third-party tools and simplify the user experience.
Tech Check
Tech Check is a guided quiz that helps hospitality businesses assess their current tech setup. Based on their answers, they receive a score and useful recommendations. I rebuilt the tool entirely in Webflow, removing the need for external platforms and cutting ongoing costs.
Marketplace
The Marketplace is a searchable, filterable directory of tech partners. Visitors can explore providers by category or need, then connect with the right solutions. It’s powered by Webflow’s CMS, giving the team full control over listings and updates without relying on outside tools.
I had some Webflow experience but needed an expert to help with time and execution. Paul’s comms and speed of delivery were brilliant. The Airtable integration was excellent and gave us real insight into the data behind our site. Since launching, we have seen more traffic, consistency, and clearer messaging that is already driving growth. I would tell anyone considering working with Paul to do it.
